Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the garments that you have received, you have the option to return them to us within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a full refund OR another size (if in stock).

Please email us at apparel@hendersonjh.com to arrange your return. It will facilitate the process if relevant images documenting the reason for the return are included in the email.

HENDERSON is not responsible for return shipping costs or taxes.

If you request any modifications, alterations, amendments, or customizations to your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the altered or amended item. Please review and ensure you are aligned with your requested changes before confirming them with us.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original labels and packaging. Please ensure that the returned garments are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all returned packages are received by HENDERSON. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

We advise that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
