We currently ship our products to the following locations:

Please understand that shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

2) Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days after they are placed, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
Please Note: During peak times such as sales or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer than usual. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.
3) Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, quantity/weight of the items, and the chosen shipping method.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays or customs in international shipments.
4) Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. To track your order, visit the couriers website and enter the tracking number provided.
5) Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
HENDERSON is not liable for products lost, damaged, or delayed by the carrier once shipped. However, if you encounter an issue, please contact us at apparel@hendersonjh.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and document the condition of the product with photos, then contact us immediately at the email provided above.
6) Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at apparel@hendersonjh.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.
